The spectacles must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation that were included in the original shipment.
Prescription lenses that have been customized according to your specific requirements are nonrefundable, as they are personalized to your needs.
Items that have been damaged or altered due to customer misuse, negligence, or accident are not eligible for a refund.

Provide your order details, including the order number, date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.

If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the spectacles.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part

If you wish to exchange your spectacles for a different model or color, please contact our customer support team.
The same eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1 apply to exchanges.

Our Eyeframe are covered by upto [1]-year conditional warranty against manufacturing defects. Sunglasses and Lenses including computer glasses are covered by a [6]-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty on Contact Lenses is provided by brand seller, eyetonik is not responsible.
Warranty on Luxury, International and other brands is provided by brand seller, eyetonik is not responsible.
